ΑUTO LEADER 3000 P_ECO (complete KIT).

Basic system is shipped in a box as a complete KIT consisting of the following:
 One (1) Central Processing Unit made by PROTEM with integrated four (4) high precision scales/batching controllers, two (2) plastic fiber optic serial ports, and four (4) RS485 ports. 24Vdc external power source needed.
 One (1) Schneider PLC with one 32 digital input card and one 32 digital output cards. Communicates through RS485 Modbus with the CPU and acts as an I/O terminal. Can be expanded with more I/O cards as well as temperature sensor cards etc.
 Two (2) relay output modules (16 out each) that protect and isolate electrically the PLC, making cabling easier. Wiring connections are made using screw terminals positioned along the top and bottom. Standard Din rail mounting. Connection with the PLC through flat ribbon cables.
 Two (2) isolated input modules (16 in each) that protect and isolate electrically the PLC, making cabling easier. Wiring connections are made using screw terminals positioned along the top and bottom. Standard Din rail mounting. Connection with PLC through flat ribbon cables.
 Four (4) 50 cm ribbon cables with connectors connecting the PLC cards to the I/O modules.
 One (1) Power Meter, DIN rail-mounted, to monitor the mixer’s consumption and estimate concrete slump. Communicates through RS 485 with the CPU.
 One (1) dot matrix A3 printer. Communicates through fiber optic cable with the CPU to print batch reports and statistics.
